Talk for a minute. Know what happened at home.
Add your session note by voice, and see whether home practice happened before you start.

What you get today
- Voice to note, fast. Open the family's link, tap the mic, talk. No app, no account. Your words are tidied, never rewritten.
- What happened between sessions. How carryover at home went, and what shifted the baseline: short sleep, illness, a missed meal, a medication change as the family recorded it.
- Your own records, your way. Download everything you've added, any time.
What you'll see
- Before a session. What changed, where home practice broke down, and what worked.
- Hard moments as observed. What came before, what happened and what happened next, in the notes' own words.
- Progress in dated examples. "Said 'more' unprompted at lunch, three times." Never scores.
What it leaves out: long diaries, interpretation in place of observation, anything without a date and a name, and anything the family hasn't shared with you.
The worry: what can I share?
Share what you would tell the parent at the door, at the start of a session or at handoff. Once you add it, it is part of the family's record, and the parent decides who sees it.
Chorus is the family's own record, not a clinical record. Keep your own as you do now.
Coming next
One view of every child you support. What's new and what's next before each session. Each card reads one child's record. Nothing is ever compared or counted across children or families.
