For parents of neurodivergent kids

Your child's whole team, finally on the same page.

Therapists, teachers and sitters each talk for a minute. Chorus turns what they say into one record your family owns.

A tidied note: how it went, what worked and what to try next, with the original words underneath and a choice of who can see it.

How it works

Faster than the doorway conversation.

The only thing that beats a 60-second chat at pickup is a 60-second chat that doesn't disappear.

  1. The link a family sends, open in a phone browser: no account, a large mic, and the words "Tap and talk".

    Anyone talks for a minute

A therapist after a session, a teacher at pickup, grandma after the weekend. They open a private link on their own phone. Nothing to install.

  2. A tidied note: how it went, what worked and what to try next, with the original words underneath and a choice of who can see it.

    It becomes a clear note

What worked, what was hard, what to try next. Tidied in their own words, with nothing added. The original stays underneath.

  3. The record in Chorus with new notes from the teacher and the occupational therapist.

It lands in your child's record

You choose who sees each note. Over weeks, the notes build a picture of what helps, and every line traces back to who said it.

Why one record

The answer is usually between the notes.

Each note alone is a detail. Together they're an answer, and you can finally connect what happened at school with what happened at home.

  1. OT · TueHeavy work before writing. Steadier hands.
  2. Teacher · WedAfternoon was hard after lunch.
  3. Mom · WedThird short night this week.
  4. Seen togetherHard afternoons follow short nights. Try heavy work after lunch on those days, at school too.

Why Chorus exists

Built by a parent, for one care team first.

I'm Paras Choudhary, and I'm a parent. My child's care team is a handful of therapists, a school and a nanny. Each of them knew something the others needed, and I was the only link between them.

Email chains failed. So I asked the therapists what they would actually use. They said they'd leave a note if it took under a minute. That's what I built first.

Chorus is free for families because I built it for my child and will keep it going for as long as they're in therapy. It costs me under $20 per family per year, so I open it to a few families at a time. If it helps you, a small yearly donation covers your family's share. If that ever changes, you can export everything and leave.

Privacy

Your child's story. Your family's record.

This is some of the most personal information a family has. We built Chorus as if your child will read it one day, because they might.

  • You choose who sees what. Every note, every section of your child's page, every link. Links can be turned off at any time.
  • Never sold. No ads. The record belongs to the family. It is never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models across families.
  • AI that shows its sources. Summaries and answers point to the notes they came from. The extra AI features are off until you turn them on.
  • Written with care. No scores, no streaks, no predictions about your child. Respectful language, in the words your family uses.
  • Take it with you. Export the whole record whenever you want. Delete it, and it's gone.
  • Stored in the US. Every read and write of your child's data is checked and logged. Details are on our health data page.

Straight talk: Chorus is in an invite-only beta. We describe the safeguards we've built on our privacy page, and we don't claim certifications we haven't earned. Chorus is not a medical device and not a clinical or school system of record.

Questions

What people ask first

What does it cost?

Chorus is free for families. I built it for my child and will keep it going for as long as they're in therapy. It costs me under $20 per family per year, so I open it to a few families at a time. If it helps you, a small yearly donation covers your family's share.

Who is behind Chorus?

Paras Choudhary, a parent who built it for their own child's care team. The story is above.

A family sent me a link. What is this?

A parent uses Chorus to keep one record for their child and invited you to add to it. Open the link, tap the mic and talk about how it went. You see only what the family shares with you. More about your link

Does everyone on the team need an app?

No. Therapists, teachers and family add notes through a private link in their phone's browser, with no account. Or they can talk into your phone at the door.

What do I use as a parent?

The Chorus app on your iPhone or Android phone, or a web browser. We help you set it up when your invite arrives.

Who can see my child's information?

Only the people you invite, and only what you share with them. Every note has "Who can see this", and each section of your child's page is shared separately.

Will my child's therapist or teacher actually use it?

It asks one thing of them: open a link and talk. Chorus began when one family's therapists said they'd do exactly that. We give you a 20-second film to send them.

Is this a replacement for my therapist's or school's records?

No. Chorus is the family's own record, alongside theirs. Anyone who adds notes can download everything they've added, any time.

I'm a therapist or teacher. What can I share?

Share what you would tell the parent at the door, at the start of a session or at handoff. Once you add it, it is part of the family's record, and the parent decides who sees it.

What happens to our record if Chorus closes?

Families get three months' notice, then weekly reminders to download all their data.

Does it work for my child's age and diagnosis?

Chorus is built for families of children aged 0 to 11: autism, ADHD, speech and language, sensory, developmental delays, and children with several diagnoses and several providers. If your child has a team, Chorus is for them.

Does the AI decide anything about my child?

No. It tidies notes and drafts suggestions, each tied to the notes it came from. You review what goes on your child's page. It never writes a medication line, and it never scores or predicts.

What about other languages?

People can speak in the language they're most comfortable in. The note keeps their voice.

How do I get in?

Chorus is invite-only while we open it to the first families. Request an invite and we'll be in touch.

Bring the whole circle together.

Chorus is opening to its first families now. Free for families, invite-only, and built with the people who use it.
